Brennah is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She has previously completed a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation at Dalhousie University and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).

Brennah approaches counselling from a Person-Centered Therapy orientation while also drawing modalities from Somatic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to support each person’s unique goals. She is committed to creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and responsive to each client’s pace and preferences. Outside of her work, Brennah enjoys quiet moments in the garden, getting lost in a good book, and taking her rescue dog Dodger for walks.

Brennah is currently a Counselling Therapist affiliate in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists as well as a Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
