Many private insurers/group benefit plans offer full or partial coverage for mental health services. If you have extended health benefits, we may be able to submit your claim electronically from our office.

The integration of the Telus Health e-claims feature allows our team of mental health care providers to direct-bill select extended health care plans for insured members. Not all plans or services are available for eClaims submission. Please check your plan carefully for details or limitations.

If eClaims is not available for your plan or service rendered, we will gladly provide you with a paper or digital receipt for paid service(s) which you may retain for your records and/or submit to your insurance company directly for complete or partial reimbursement.

Although the direct-billing option will be policy-specific, below you will find a list of insurance administrators that allow for electronic submissions of Social Work visits.

We are not able to direct-bill for Psychotherapist visits at this time.
