• Erin Johns, BSW, RSW

    Social Worker, Psychotherapist

    Erin comes to our team with a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Victoria and is registered with the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). Erin is currently completing her Master’s of Social Work through the University of Waterloo.

    Erin supports individuals (children, youth, and adults), couples and families. She draws from a variety of modalities including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused (Brief) Therapy (SFBT) the Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting. Erin shares education, resources and knowledge about the brain and nervous system that can help clients who are impacted by symptoms of anxiety and stress, depression, trauma, anger, relationships and more!

    Erin is passionate about the field of birth and is a trained birth doula. This experience provides Erin with unique perspective when working with clients in the perinatal period. In addition to birth work, Erin has worked in the VAW sector, mental health field, and with adolescents who are neurodivergent.

    Erin is registered (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
