Jessica Hewitt, MACP, BSc(Hons), RP, CCC
Jessica is a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Integrated Science with a concentration in Life and Health Sciences and a minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health.
Jessica works with individuals, couples, and families using a client-centred approach, drawing on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). She is committed to creating a supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work toward meaningful change.
Jessica practices from a culturally responsive and trauma-informed perspective, recognizing that every person's experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique. As a member of the military community, she has a particular interest in supporting serving military members, veterans, and their families as they navigate life's transitions and mental health challenges.
